Perfect location, smiling welcome. Just walk out and explore the wonderful surroundings. Positive: Very good location. I liked that I could walk to Dubai Mall through the park. No cars. Just perfect. The swimming pool was great, with view to the evening fountain show and Burj Khalifa. We were greeted by wonderful Suraj - and no, he did not ask us to mention his name, I just want to do it because he gave us such an exceptional smiling welcome, and when we tried to give him a tip, he gave it to the cleaning lady still in the apartment due to early arrival. Such a wonderful man. The Dubai Opera was next door, and I believe it would have been nice to check out the opera if we had more time. The apartment was clean, and really nice with two bedrooms and two baths, and living room with kitchen. Towels and all we needed was there. I would love to come back. Thank you! Negative: As clearly mentioned in the "Important information" section on the listing, there were construction work next to the building that could make some noise. It didn't bother us because we were out exploring the city all day. But something to be aware of. Windows isolate much of the noise. There were no construction work on the side of the apartment towards the park and Dubai Mall. Check "Important Information" for updates on this. The swimming pool is at the Ground floor. If you want sun it might be covered in shadow from the building itself - at least part of the day, but shadow in Dubai is probably preferable by many - depends of the season and individual preferences, I guess. The pool itself was great. Not sure about the depth, maybe 1 meter. Great for kids and adults.
