Positive: Prachtig appartement. Mooi ingericht. Ruime slaapkamer en groot bed. Negative: Jammer dat het aan verkeerde kant van het hotel zat. Balkon zit aan straatkant, uitzicht niet zo fraai en veel lawaai van het verkeer. Klein verbeterpuntje: Douchekop was erg laag om onder te staan en zakte steeds naar beneden. Ik zou ook douchegordijn vervangen voor glazen wand, WC rol moest je voor douchen weghalen anders werd hij kletsnat. Ook jammer dat alleen het zwembad, wat bijna de gehele dag in schaduw ligt gebruik mag worden als je in appartement verblijft. Zwemwater was wel heerlijk warm.

Great location, but serious issues with access, communication, cleanliness, and apartment condition significantly impact Positive: The location is excellent, directly at JBR with beach access and beautiful surroundings. The building itself is very nice and well located, the host was friendly. Negative: Unfortunately, our experience was very difficult. We were locked out of the apartment during the night due to issues with the digital key and the host was unreachable for several hours. We had to spend the entire night in the lobby and could not relocate because our passports were inside the apartment. Additionally, the apartment needs renovation: there was mold around the bathroom tap, the mattress was dirty, and overall the condition did not match the expected standard for this price level. Cleanliness and maintenance need definitely improvement.
